As a next generation office park, it is proposed to retain some of the existing hills and design the building like planters to keep them in place. The natural peaks and ridges wrapped around with building becomes a natural courtyard. The concept is to create strongly integrate spaces between building and nature, in door and outdoor. The result is curvy buildings as a result of footprint tracing contour lines of the site.
